DR. ELLEN BLEKIE
Is retired from many years as a very successful doctor in private practice in Thaba Nchu.
ROLE ON THE BOARD: Chairperson
PARTICULAR CONTRIBUTION : As a very experienced and knowledgeable medical doctor, and a wealth of experience in the management of NPOs.

BISHOP DINTOE LETLOENYANE
Is the Free State Diocesan Bishop of the Anglican Church.
ROLE ON THE BOARD: Vice Chairman
PARTICULAR CONTRIBUTION: Church leadership

BISHOP TOM STANAGE
Our Patron, Bishop Tom Stanage, passed away in April 2020. Bishop Tom’s contribution to founding and building Mosamaria was incomparable.
He was way ahead of other bishops and clergy in speaking out boldly about HIV/AIDS as an impending pandemic His support is sorely missed.
May his dear soul rest in peace.

MME NOZIPHO SONDIYAZI
Is a registered nurse who has been the director of many health programmes through her long career with the FSDoH.
ROLE ON THE BOARD: Chairperson of the Human Resources Sub-Committee

MME NNINI SETHOJANE
Is an experienced Human Resource practitioner working in the HR department at UFS
ROLE ON BOARD: Secretary

MR.SOLOMZI HENGE
Is a civil engineer working for the Mangaung Metro
ROLE ON THE BOARD: Member of the Strategic Planning and Risk Management Sub-Committee
PARTICULAR CONTRIBUTION: running NPO’s and fundraising

MR.GERALD ROBERTS
Mr Roberts resigned from the board to retire in Clarens. Gerald enabled Mosamaria to formalise structures and policies for organisational growth and acted as the treasurer.
His wealth of experience and knowledge in the private and public sectors was an amazing resource.
Gerald was prepared to be actively involved in the organisation, as board members should be, and so was able to make a huge contribution to all aspects of running Mosamaria.
We wish Gerald and Karen a wonderful time of life and great success with their guest house.

PROF CHRISTO HEUNIS
Head of the Centre for Health Systems Research at UFS
ROLE ON BOARD: Communications Sub-committee Chairperson
PARTICULAR CONTRIBUTION: extensive research and publications on HIV and TB with a particular passion for putting an end to TB

MME TRUDIE HARRISON
Is a community builder of over 35 years in the fields of Family Planning, Land Reform Support and Health Education.
ROLE ON THE BOARD: Programme Coordinator of Mosamaria
PARTICULAR CONTRIBUTION: As a Sesotho speaker with a passion for support and care for people living with HIV and TB, and capable project director.

Ms. NOMATHEMBA NKABI
Nomathemba joined our Board during 2019. She is a former staff member of Mosamaria and is passionate about the work that Mosamaria does.
She was the manager of the Adherence Project which had a budget of R13 million over 3 years and she built it from scratch to successfully serving 25,000 ART clients in 11 difference health facilities. She left Mosamaria to take up a managerial position at Quintiles, as she is an expert on data management and analysis.

Mrs. JULIA VAN WYK
is a chartered accountant and forensic auditor, with over 60 years of experience. She has dedicated herself to community service and development over her entire life.
She joined our Board in 2018 and was elected as treasurer in 2020.
